Gennett Walk of Fame Tours

We stayed at this LaQuinta because it was pet friendly and did not charge an astronomical fee for the pet. Surprisingly it is was quiet with being so close to the interstate. The property seems fairly well maintained, however the side door doesn't even have a latch where it could be locked, thankfully the door to the room did! Now for the room, beds were comfortable and all was good until.....in the morning we moved the chair back and noticed a condom out of the package under where the chair was. Front desk staff said had we found it the night before they would have moved us, other than that nothing from management. Breakfast: 6:30-9:30, and at 7:40, I had to ask the front desk staff to replenish all the food supplies. The only utensils available were knives and forks, so my family ate their cereal with forks until the utensils were restocked. Three of the four trash cans were full to the point of not being able to add more. And the hotel was nowhere near half full.

Average. Good pillows but uncomfortable mattress.

Our sink faucet fell off in the bathroom and the sink emergency turn off was frozen in place. The faucet in the suite area was extremely loose. Fire alarm went off at 7:30am (problem with sprinkler system) The evening bartender and morning one were both fantastic. The evening desk help was great too.
