The property is well located, has incredible views and is spacious. So those are the positive things. For a family of 5 it’s nice to have a lot of space and bathrooms. The negative is the apartment is devoid of every personality and looks stale. It has a kitchen but they ask you to not use it. The lobby smells horrible. It’s difficult to get to the beach and they provide you no beach amenities despite being on the beach. No beach towels or anything. There is no access to the gym or pool or anything. It’s just the apartment. I also didn’t like that they have a QR code that says if you give them 5 stars they give you a Starbucks gift card. It feels they are buying good reviews which doesn’t give people an accurate idea of what to expect.
