Soundproof for the hotel room is bad, we can hear from the room when others people talking at the corridor. Room & Bathroom is clean & tidy but the staff who clean the room certainly sprayed a lots of Air Freshener which is a NO NO for me & my family member as we have sensitive nose to the smells."

"Apartment is good except very stingy on toilet paper. There’s 4 adults staying in the apartment for five days and only allocated 4 rolls. We need to request for it and only given 2 rolls until we need to buy our own tissues. There was no water during one night in toilets and we were unable to flush and wash hands till next morning which there were no communication or warning. Unable to make drink water or make beverages too. "

"Excellent service, super helpful and friendly staff. They are very accommodating. The room we got was nice enough but could’ve used a few more upscale amenities like lotion, hand soap for the sink. The lack of drawers for clothes and an extremely small hanging rack also took away from it being excellent. But overall we loved the stay here and we will be back!"
