"Fantastic stay. I was celebrating with 13 other friends. The house was perfect for us, lovely hot tub and games area, kitchen facilities were well maintained with plenty of fridge space. The rooms were very clean on arrival and just as expected. Geert was very accomodating. Taxis for all of us into Ghent would have been €240 however a 30 min walk to the loc train station saved us a lot of money. "

"We celebrate a wedding anniversary at LeSable, with young and old. The great advantage of this location is that each room comes with its private bathroom, and there is an elevator, so there is no problem for people that are old/disabled. LeSable is well equipped, with a swimming pool (not heated at this time of year, but we managed...) and a billiard table. We highly recommend the restaurant next door (O'Vignes). "Alles is aanwezig om een gezellig verblijf te hebben met een aantal gezinnen. Ruime (bad)kamers, grote tuin met veel speeltuigen en een Ofyr voor de mannen. Hiervan hebben we lekker genoten, dankzij het uitstekende BBQ- pakket, vers gebracht door de eigenaars!"

"My husband and I stayed here for several days while sightseeing in the neighborhood. Communication with the host for check in was great, and I really appreciated the good local information she provided as well. The house is very comfortable, in a great location, and has a wonderful backyard that we used for eating our meals and relaxing in the evenings. The whole stay what exactly what we needed and the house and host were perfect. We would absolutely stay again if we come back to the area."

The house has two ‘fields’ for gardens at the rear with a mown lawn area near to the house with a patio area allowing you to sit outside for meals. "I had a few days to tour Belgiam during a trip to Germany and am so happy I found The Mini. The small space had everything my traveling companion and I needed. The animals on the farm entertained us each morning, especial the brother and sister Burmese Mountain dogs. The proximity to Ghent, Bruges and the coast made travel so convenient. We were even able to book an additional night when an uncharacteristic snow storm kept us from traveling back to Cologne safely. All of our questions and needs...

"Wonderful location! Bring mosquito spray if it is warm - the top floor gets super hot and the fan was broken when we were there. My husband and I got a ton of bites. Otherwise, the townhouse has everything you need for a nice stay."

"I loved how close the hotel was to the train station. The hotel was very modern with a friendly staff. I loved that the lobby had a water dispenser. The room had a lot of amenities (air conditioning, mini kitchen, chromeCast) and very spacious. Especially for the price, I would definitely stay here again."

Hasty conversion of a traditional Brussels home by freelance contractor. Shame because very good location in relation to EU institutions. Unfortunately an EU summit subjected us to helicopter patrols which made it hard to get some sleep."
