The hotel exceeded our expectations by far: awsome staff- very friendly and immediate accomodations on any request,great location close to metro, free parking,room and furniture design alike at5+ stars resort, good variety and high quality of food at breakfast, spotless clean room! Special thank you for Carlos who helped us. His sense of humor made our days every time we are in/out of hotel. thank you all! amazing stay!

It was a real pleasure to discover this new hotel. The staff was wonderful! Shout out to the amazing front desk crew and breakfast staff, Erica, Ashley, Warney and Daniela. They made us feel welcome and were always ready to fulfill any request, make suggestions on places to visit, or arrange transportation. We stayed in a beautiful suite that was spacious, charming and honored the palatial history of the property, while accommodating the private art collection. The only slight negative is that is a little far away from some of the sites of Porto if you are traveling on foot. The terrace overlooking the River was beautiful and made a lovely setting for breakfast each morning!

Hotel was lovely & the staff were very friendly & helpful . Both the terrace bar & the back bar/restaurant were nice places to be. My only criticism was that I had a staff member with a noisy carpet cleaning machine outside my door at 08:30 one morning and a staff member vacuuming outside my door at 08:00 another day.
