There are no cups/glasses in the rooms. We ended up getting paper cups from the coffee area near reception. No dresser - just one small cubby box. Used towels were removed but never replaced. Breakfast was basically bread products and water. The coffee and juices were extremely watered down. You could even see a difference in the color of the liquid as well as no flavor.

The ice machines were broken, front desk gentleman got us ice very nice. Next day young lady made my handicap uncle go all the way to the forth floor to get ice.

Staff was friendly. The hotel was clean. I was disappointed at how basic everything was. If you just need a place to sleep and shower, it's great, but if you intend to spend significant time in the room, it's small and has really nothing extra - not even an armchair.
