I’m a traveling hair stylist and this was my first time staying her and we enjoyed our stay. The pool was nice and the hotel was very close to all my appointments. Will stay again!

Lobby area is way better than the rooms, which were old, tired, smelly, not very clean, and almost devoid of decor. Couch looked like it had skid marks on the cushions in multiple places, and the pull out couch bed was so uncomfortable, I wouldn't put my worst enemy in it. I think this hotel is run by a third party that cuts corners.

My vehicle was broken into, waiting for the manager to review the security camera footage. I hope he will forward it to the Greenbelt Police ASAP. Concern about the security at this hotel. 😡

Upon arrival at the front desk Reginald was assisting with the check in and I must say his attitude stinks and his customer service is terrible. And as someone who works in the travel industry I must say his service nd behavior was unacceptable. As long as I’m traveling I’d rather not stay here if I know I have to deal with him as the front desk agent.
