Quiet cabin set back off the road, surrounded by trees. Spacious yard. Quick access(less than a mile) to groomed snowmobile trail. SxS, Dirtbike and ATV trail touches the front of the property. Property line borders the 90,000+ acre Seney National Wildlife Refuge. Free range access to the Refuge, no motors allowed. Centrally located to access everything else. Lake Kitch Iti Kipi is 30 minutes. Pictured Rocks is 40 minutes. Tahquamenon Falls is 45 minutes.

Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay for a relaxing long weekend. The cabin was nice, clean, and beautifully furnished. The property was amazing and beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect secluded place for a stay

Secluded in the woods with a pond and amazing privacy. We enjoyed our weekend stay! If you visit, don't forget to go see Benny the Fisher!

Quiet, private cabin tucked back on a beautiful private piece of property but still right off the main road that is an ideal central location for day trips visiting all areas of the upper peninsula. Spacious inside for a family.

Secluded getaway

Great central location for the all activities we had planned in the UP. The mosquitoes were beyond horrible inside the house and outside. Cell service was terrible. Make sure you screen shot directions to your destinations while in an area with decent cell service.

Secluded cabin in Germfask

The cabin was well maintained and nicely furnished. Ample sleeping space for 6 grown men. Fantastic location gives great privacy with quick access to M77. Will gladly stay again

Great Location!

We would book here again! Fun, cozy cabin. My kids loved it--especially the basketball hoop on the loft railing and the pond. Great home base to enjoy the U.P.!

Listing sells this property short!

This cabin is simply great. The pictures and listing do not do it justice --a beautiful pond outside and fresh paint in the 2 lower bedrooms. It's a nice place to stay for the price.

Beautiful, private setting, easy access to ORV trails.

We came to the U.P. to ride ORV trails. This was a great place to stay. Plenty of room for 2 trucks with trailers, easy access to trails. Cozy but roomy cabin with nice fire pit overlooking pond. Very private setting.

Great Stay

The property was awesome for us. The cabin was very clean and plenty of room to move around. The outside property was far from any other property so we did not have to worry about being quiet. There is a nice fire pit by the pond. No complaints here.

Great central UP cabin

Nice cabin and property in a great UP location accessible to many great outdoor destinations. Lots of flies coming in for the season which were a bit of a nuisance, and checkin instructions could have been clearer in advance. Good stay and would recommend.

Perfect little no frills stay, drivable distance to many sights

Very spacious for size of cabin, adequate community area space for family of 7. Bedrooms comfortable, very private lot. No Dressers or closets, but lots of pegs for hanging items to keep clothing/towels out of the way. No complaints. Would stay again.

Peaceful Paradise

Very clean cabin, had everything we needed and we were able to store our bikes in the shed. The cabin is on a beautiful piece of property with no close neighbors, yet centrally located for everything we wanted to do. Would definitely recommend.

Breathtaking

I absolutely loved this property and the location. I would definitely book again. I intend to book again to enjoy what all this property has to offer. We mostly just slept, showered, and had quick meals as we had a busy itinerary exploring the wonders of the Upper Peninsula. The price was perfect. I would recommend booking this property.

Just What We Were Looking For.

Nice clean, cozy cabin setting with plenty of room for our group of six. Nice property for a short morning walk. Great location to access the attractions in the central and eastern UP. Excellent communication with the owner. Was very accommodating with rescheduling our trip. Definitely on our list for a return trip.

Peaceful getaway

Spacious, serene, comfortable, great for unplugged family time. Total privacy with access to all sorts of recreation. If you want Wi-Fi, go to the golf course and order pizza.

Center of the UP for great day trips

Great location for day trips all around the UP. Our teens loved the basketball hoop in the cabin. Our preteen loved watching the frogs in the pond. Nice size cabin for our busy family of 6. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Would stay again!

Great Reset!

Everything was as expected, location is great. A few flies, ants and mice but thats expected going into winter. A little hard to locate at first, damn gps and service. Owner got us where we needed to be. Great to talk too also. Had an awesome time!

This property was perfect for visiting the upper peninsula. Easy to access but still felt secluded. Would recommend to anyone heading to the UP. Had zero issues with anything. Pretty much everything you may need is provided and owner has pamplet making check in and out extremely easy!!
