"The service was very friendly but it felt like there was only 1 person managing the entire hotel. The room lacked some basic amenities like a mirror, trash bin, or mini fridge. There was no housekeeping so they didn't clean the room when we were away nor give us fresh towels. The pool wasn’t working. ..."

"Beautiful property and what an experience. From the moment our shuttle pulled up we were greeted at the gate by a host. Very warm and friendly, showed us our rooms explained amenities.
