“Owner is very nice and the place is surrounded by greenery. Food was yummy and we especially enjoyed the soups (we tried four types and all were good). The owner also helped us to organise transport and tours which were wonderful. would definitely recommend staying.”

The property is well looked after despite the mountainous terrain and the weather conditions. The support services are excellent, with staff members promptly answering calls and addressing any concerns or needs right away. Maryam & Siranush were incredibly helpful during our stay. We will certainly choose to stay here again.”

“We stayed at Dilivita Rest House in Dilijan for just one night, and even that was too long. if you have kids, avoid this place completely. The photos showing slides and a playground are very misleading this is not a kid-friendly property. We booked through Expedia for a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids), and were given a room that smelled of dampness and had a huge stone in the middle. It was completely unacceptable. When I asked for a different room, the owner (an elderly man) started crying and……

“What a delightful hotel, nestled in the hills high above Ijevan, and close to mountain trails. We received a warm welcome and made to feel at home. A highlight was to try some local wines before dinner each day, sitting on the terrace looking across the valley. There was an extensive menu with many delicious dishes, freshly prepared for us. We enjoyed meeting our host Ani who speaks excellent English. She and Movses went above the call of duty give us a wonderful experience at Kanach Tun.”
