Very convenient location, however the hoses keeping was not doing a good job. We stayed for 4 nights with a baby. The first day they didn't sweep the bathroom floor and didn't leave any new towels, also the toilet papers went out and didn't replace it. I have to call for a new toilet paper. The 2nd day, they put some big towel back but 1 was dirty. They didn't leave any small towels at all.

Lovely breakfast, great room very clean, excellent location with the Art Gallery and Royal Botanic Gardens within easy walking distance, friendly and helpful staff.
