Dirty room.

Pros: The beds were not too bad.
Cons: Everything could be improved.
Location: There was not much to do and not may restaurants to choose form.
The room was dirty when we got there but the guy who came to clean it, came with just a cloth and a spray bottle. He smelt so bad I just wanted him out. The bathroom had not been cleaned hairs and soap scum and boogers on the shower curtain. We went shopping to clean the room. Asked for late check out and the guy lied o us said us say they were fully booked and check in was 1. Check in is 2pm and they had almost all rooms open.

The room wasn't as clean as it should have been; the shower head was mounted low enough that at 5'5" I had to crouch under it and the water pressure was poor.

This hotel is adequate. We were in town for Round Top Antique Show and literally this was the only place with rooms. It was conveniently located and clean, but quite old. They have tried to keep it up, but the building is what it is. It was fine for a place to sleep for one night.

The worst experience I have ever had

I had to extend my stay by one night, I called and was told okay then at 11:30pm the office staff pounded on our door like a swat team waking us and accused us of trying to steal a night. We gladly paid for the night after being accused of being criminals... This all could have been avoided if they had deactivated our room key card making us go to the office when we arrived back at the hotel if they couldn't charge the original card for another night that was used to book the first 5 nights we stayed at this place. Instead they displayed the worst customer service I've ever witnessed at nearly midnight! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!
