“multiple cockroaches are everywhere in my room. Best estimates I would say I have seen 10-15. They are small, moving around fast. They went into my food so I have to trash it. Such a nasty hotel room is a symbol of, I don’t know what to say precisely, nightmare. I hardly recall I had this kind of room experience before. The breakfast is most nothing. Building is old. ”

“We arrived an hour after the 3:00pm check in time but the room they reserved for us still hadn’t been cleaned. Since we had food for an event with us, we were given a different room which was very nice and clean. The staff member was helpful when the door card key didn’t work to the new room and quickly reprogrammed it. The luggage cart’s top that was installed upside down from my previous visit 2 weeks earlier and prevents guests from having a place to put their hanging clothes had not been……

“The bathroom floor was so slick that I fell and ended up in the emergency room. The staff was aware but did not do an incident report. I will be contacting my attorney. This hotel caused me to have a 1000.00 ER visit. Might want to reconsider what product you put on your bathroom floors!”

“Grass was not cut in the back of the motel, gave an unkept look. The room had drastic temp changes. Clerk was nice. The breakfast was as expected.”
