"The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean but not immaculate. Everything worked fine in my room but it showed lots of wear. I do believe I got what I paid for and I am satisfied."

"I have fair expectations for a room between $75-100/night. But this room was awful and frankly, unsafe. The bathroom light was failing, the tub floor had no slip-preventing pad or stickers on it, and the curtain rod was hung crooked and hanging by a thread. Wyndham needs to look into the management and demand changes, because this is not up to their standards. Not even close."

"The resort was nice and clean. Friendly front desk employees but the restaurant employees could use some customer service training. I honestly booked this resort basic on the description of the location. It was walking distance to the boardwalk so I was thinking perfect its by more restaurants and shopping. The so call "boardwalk " is a ghost town. Maybe 4 stores and a lot of empty buildings. My husband and I was very disappointed. So DO NOT GO TO BOSSIER CITY unless you just want to gamble because its absolutely nothing else to do."

"I would recommend treading carefully if you’re considering staying at Studio 6. The property itself is pretty rough and not what I expected. Upon check-in, I was charged a $100 refundable deposit, a $10 cleaning fee, and a $2-per-day utilities fee. When we checked out on Sunday, the lobby was closed and a notice stated they would not open until 10:00 AM. Because there was no staff available, we were unable to properly check out. Despite this, we were later told that our checkout was marked as a late checkout, which makes no sense given that the office was closed during the time we were trying to leave. After checking out, I noticed that my refundable deposit was never returned. We made multiple attempts to contact the hotel and were repeatedly given the runaround or couldn’t get a clear answer. After several unsuccessful calls, we eventually had to contact corporate headquarters for assistance. The lack of communication, questionable fees, and difficulty in resolving a simple deposit issue was extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I would advise anyone considering this location to proceed with caution and make sure they fully understand all fees, deposit policies, and checkout procedures before staying."

"We stayed on a Monday night, so both restaurants were closed. The little cafe was open but outrageously priced. We enjoyed a $9 sliver of Key lime pie,but the rep that sold it acted like we were bothering him. We walked across to Bally's for a hot meal,which was absolutely delicious. The room was clean and spacious. The pillow top bed was comfortable, and the soaking tub was nice. Plenty of water pressure. You can see things that need maintenance, like peeling wallpaper in a few spots,but our room was clean and refreshing. I read.other reviews that slammed this place, but I guess some people have nothing better to do than complain. We will stay here again! Excellent value, cozy room, restful sleep!"
