The room was clean and comfortable, sadly we didn’t have a phone so had to order room service from the bar and the heating system didn’t work However the staff were very helpful and friendly, the bed was very comfortable and the pool was great

Delta Hotels Bexleyheath
The room was clean and good. The crew were okay, but seemed to be understaffed since room service took a long time. Did not like the fact that the temperature control was centralised for the entire hotel and could not be adjusted inside the room. It was too humid for myself.
