Good value stay close to where we needed to be. Maintenance is not excellent and cleaning a bit hit-and-miss, although the issues were dealt with promptly. Getting into the gated community is initially complicated but simple after the first entry.

Location is great. Handy to the tram, beach and walking track. Good size but a bit dated and bedroom felt cold, even the bed sheets didn’t feel nice at all.

The property and Check in process were efficient and as described, clean, however it could use some upgrades/renovations due to evident wear and tear through the years (worn out bed & sofa bed/broken shower head holder/bathtub visible cracks/rug/kitchen light fixture hanging) that were not visible on listing photos.
