“It wasn't a terrific stay. First they gave out a second key card to another couple for our room. Lucky my hubby was dressed. Then when we returned to our room we were locked out. They had disabled our key card. The bed was comfortable. The room wasn't. Room was for two people but only one dining chair, the only other thing to sit on was the bed. Barely enough room on the bench to make a cup of tea.”

“ The apartment hotel is new and the room facilities is good. The emnities can use some improvement but good in terms of a service apartment. The location is excellent for what it is. Most of the interaction we had with staff are postive and friendly. However the communication especially around room service/cleaning could be clearer and some of the request we had didn't go through.
