Spacious newly renovated apartment in the historic center of Girona. All the equipment is new and of high quality so that you can enjoy a magnificent stay in the city.

Spacious and with all modern luxuries, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, internet and two bathrooms. There is a double bedroom, with its own bathroom with shower and toilet, and a very warm and well decorated second bedroom. This second room has a sofa bed downstairs and a double bed in the loft. There is a single kitchen-dining room, a second bathroom with sink and shower and a small balcony. From here you can see the streets of the city. It also has a washing machine / dryer. The dining room is wide and bright. It has a sofa, a Smart TV and a dining table with 6 chairs.

The apartment is on the second floor and has a spacious staircase but, as in many of the historic buildings in the old town, there is no elevator.
notes:
The apartment is located in the heart of the Old Town, which is partly closed to traffic and it is forbidden to park. By car you can only enter 3x per quarter year. For example one for your check-in and one for your check-out.However, you can stop to unload your luggage in front of our office.

A late check-in is no problem but we do have a policy (after 21.00).Please note that a late check-in carries the following extra charges:- From 21:00 to 23:00, 20€;- From 23:00 to 00:00, 40€;- Check-in after 00:00 is in principle not possible.Of course if your plane is delayed and you arrive after 00.00h, we will be there for you.

Tourist tax:

Tourist tax not included in the price (16+, max 7 nights).
