"Nice, clean hotel. Resident cat which is a bonus. Pool closes at 3pm which is a shame as it would be nice to use it after checking in."

"Spectacular views. Indescribably peaceful and grounding; like no other place i have ever experienced, and effortlessly so. Gorgeous pool with serene, beautiful birdsong including doves. Incredibly delicious, nourishing food made woth love and the freshest, healthiest, local, seasonal ingredients in traditional Alantejo way. Superb stay. My son and I both did not want to leave! "The Quinta Amala was an amazing place. The location with the view over the landscape with rice fields and pine woods was beautiful. Each cabana, house, had privacy and were souronded by beautiful plants and flowers. Beautiful architecture of the houses, the pool area, lounges and dining room. We felt close to nature, silent and relaxing. The food was also very good, including the breakfast with local food. The staff were all very nice and helpful and made us feel welcome and well taken care...

"The house has a heated pool, which allowed us to swim and sunbathe! Although the house also has air conditioning, nothing beats lighting the fireplace and spending some time chatting! Excellent architecture and decoration. Perfect location, in the countryside near the wonderful beaches. The hosts were very friendly and dedicated. We will return again and I recommend it to everyone looking for an ideal place to relax!"
