We booked a large double bed but can definitely say it was just a normal sized double and was hard to sleep in! Also wouldn’t stay here if you’re looking for a quiet night as heard loud music pretty much all night so was in and out of sleep throughout. Was a good location to get to things but was glad to be home for a good nights sleep!

This place is only good, certainly not excellent, because its location is very good( easy access to Cardiff, Bute Park and stadiums), it is very clean and the breakfasts are excellent. However, the room and the ensuite were disappointingly small,especially for the price! Also, with the exception of the lovely breakfast girls, there was little warmth in the welcome at the main reception desk.Certainly, the least welcoming place we have stayed in for a while!

Only downside with our visit was only 1 of the 3 lifts was working. With it being easter weekend the hotel was very busy and we had to wsit a long time for the 1 lift working
