The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Dennis and Chris. The views here are spectacular. You won't regret your decision to stay here. Amazing hotel to visit the lake and nearby sites in Switzerland. The service is impeccable, the restaurant serves delicious local fare and the breakfast was always satisfying. Our room had the lakeview, which was incredible.
