Quiet time of year so limited staff on. Very easy walking distance to train station and centre of City. Would highly recommend

We had the best room ever! Very spacious and the location is amazing, right on the ski hill. The spa is great and don't miss the very cozy bar with fireplace. The staff were excellent, very helpful getting us ski rentals and information. Loved this hotel, truly a wonderful place to stay!

This hotel is in an old building. I’ve stayed in many old building hotels, but this one was just badly maintained. The bathroom looked institutional, the rooms had broken fixtures, and they told us not to use the AC. I think they paid more attention to the lobby than any other area. Would not recommend staying here.

The staff was very accommodating. The hotel is clean and breakfast was excellent.

Everything was good, the room very clean, comfortable, warm and quiet. Even if we were in the city center, we didn't feel it. If you are. Very sensitive, they have earplugs. The breakfast was good and fresh, but it's vegetarian, so don't expect meat. Staff are not all the time there, but they send you the information before arriving to do the check-in and open the doors. Everything is very close to the hotel. The train station is only 5-7 minutes away, there are restaurants, souvenir shops and everything nearby.
