Excellent desk staff. Comfortable room and good location

We love it there! The best

The rooms were great. Very spacious, fully stocked kitchen and extremely clean. We loved having access to the 8th floor with the steam room, sauna, fitness center, game rooms, and socializing areas 24/7. Would love to experience it in the summer with the pool and outdoor areas. We were also fortunate enough to attend during their Christmas Brunch buffet which was such a great perk! If the price stays around the same, I will continue to stay at Level hotels exclusively in any cities I visit that has one! I’ve already told so many people about my wonderful hotel experience.

I booked two rooms. One was great, the other had obviously not been vacuumed and there was debris everywhere on the carpet. I asked house keeping to vacuum and they said they would, but never came. So it was more than a little gross. I didn’t have time to address it that evening , but when I spoke with the front desk they said they would give me some honors points. That also didn’t materialize. Other than that the staff was nice and in the morning they had cookie decorating. There are so many great hotels in Chicago. Next time I’ll make a different choice.
