"A good location for reaching the Edinburgh airport in the morning. Check in was smooth, done at the restaurant next to the actual hotel. The restaurant was convenient and food tasty, if not exciting. (Make a reservation - early times filled up despite it being a Monday night.) I disliked receiving repeated emails ahead of time from the hotel asking for passport and credit card info on an unsecured platform, something the hotel receptionist told me they didn't need."

"I arrived late for check in and the restaurant had closed but the owner made me something as i had been traveling all day, I was also leaving too early the next day so the owners again my me a take away bag as an alternative, they really went out of their way and it was really appreciated. Nice dog friendly pub too, had fusses with owners dog who was lovely and friendly. Would 100% reccomend "
