Staff was friendly, very helpful, and handled some special requests we had. Older, historic building. Updated, while keeping its special character. Location on a fun, busy street, closed to non-pedestrian traffic except early mornings. Would gladly stay there again.

We chose this apartment for our recent stay in Krakow. From the moment we arrived, we were taken care of by the staff. We were greeted with wine and chocolate in the room, breakfast each morning was amazing, and on the last day they even packed breakfast to go for our flight. The apartment was gorgeous and the perfect respite after long sightseeing days. On our final night, we ate in the restaurant and quite possible it was the best meal I've had in years. From the caviar to the deer filet and dessert, every bite was exquisite. A huge thank you to Viktor and Olivia for taking such good care of us. We can't wait to return!

Amazing hotel, beautiful and large room, and a perfect location. Breakfast was excellent.

This is a beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms and beds and a tasty breakfast. The location is ideal centered in the old city with lots around.
