We were very happy with the pleasant surprise brought by the reception, which was very welcoming, respectful, generous, and surprising. Not only was our check-in earlier, but we also received an upgrade to a huge, chic, modern apartment with a stunning view of Milan. Wow! For someone who traveled so many hours from Brazil, this gesture was truly a warm welcome!
