Breakfast was small if you wanted other food additional cost which was strange as 1st for us. The area was good handy to everything, Hotel itself Charming!!

Hotel was okay. The Cafe Bar was never open although stated on hotel site. Room AC didn't work (room 306) so had to open windows - this meant mosquitos could share our room so a few bites and blood were given away free (this was in October). We didn't take breakfast and ate out for breakfast. All in all a good hotel with some niggles. Great location if you like shopping (my partner does).

This is an attractive property that needs more care to maintain the facilities our room had stained carpeting and we had to park offsite because they were hosting a landriver test driving event
There were limited bar hours so we could not have a coffee or tea in the afternoon
Overall a reasonable value but less posh than we expected

Stayed for two nights with my daughter. The staff were excellent and very patient with me as very little French speaking. Would definitely recommend for a short stay.

"Perfect for an over night stay on our way to Bruges and the tunnel en route back from the alps and Switzerland. Perfect for our stay in Lille
"The room was basic but very clean and comfortable. It's a short walk to the metro station and we were able to get into the centre of Lille quickly. There's plenty of parking and it was right outside our rooms too :) Staff were friendly and helpful."
