“Easy parking. Clean and comfy rooms. Big pool. Lawned area and BBQ pkus picnic seating. Friendly staff. Very affordable. We stay here and ONLY here when we r in Mildura. We love this nice, clean, cozy budget accommodation. Has coffee pod machine in room.”

“Room was quite spacious, parking outside the door. Reception and cleaning staff were helpful and friendly. Location was away from traffic and quiet, and only a few minutes drive into centre of town. Bistro food was good but menu was quite limited. In the room, the fridge was quite noisy, as was the air con and bathroom fan, but shower nice and hot.”

“We were two couples travelling on a road trip. We had a two bedroom cabin on the water, which was beautiful. The cabin had everything we wanted, including the toilet being separate to the bathroom. It only had a 2.5 seater lounge, which wasn't helpful when there are 4 people. Another chair or lounge is needed. One or two of us had to always sit at the table at night, which did get a little uncomfortable at times. Otherwise, the park is in a good location to Mildura and was……

The other guest rang the bell three times and eventually the receptionist came down the stairs. My family finally entered our room, and the shower alcove was mouldy and there were spider webs in the window. “Dissapointing, unpleasant smell and a dated interior. Good location, but very dated, raw brick interior with an unpleasant smell inside the rooms. Online pictures of the property didn't match the reality. Interior of the rooms and bathroom had a dusty/mouldy smell, not I think from any lack of cleaning but more from the old fit out and build up of dust and damp in the exposed brick mortar and old grout joints between tiling. “walking into the room we were hit by a strong bad smell, we didn’t shower as it was a shower head above a bath tub, the bottom of the tub where you would stand to shower was extremely dirty. if it was not dirty and you did want to use the bath, you couldn’t as there was no plug. there was 4 instant coffee sachets but no biscuts to have with your coffee like most motels. there was no little shampoos, conditioner, body wash or even bar soap provided. there was however a soap dispenser on the……
