While the room was spacious, the shower could be improved. The shower was small, and the shower head appeared dated. The shower head had only one setting, and the water pressure was low. Not all staff members were consistently courteous; some interactions felt less customer-focused. For a 5-star hotel, the housekeeping service did not meet expectations: they did not remove unclean cups or utensils, sweep the floor, change stained or soiled bed sheets, or dust the nightstands and table, leaving the room dusty. I had to inform the reception desk so housekeeping could address the dirty cups and utensils and clean the room. Another concern was that most TV channels were unavailable — many showed “no signal / the cable not connected” message. The main advantages of the hotel are the location and the spacious room, aside from the shower area.
