"Hotel is generally good check in fine and checkout fine. Issue with key card but sorted. You pull door to you then push forward. One let down was Bar service absolutely shocking. Waited over forty for a staff member to ask what I wanted. Standing around doing nothing. Food very good as were drinks but staff need to wake up and see customers waiting. Very very disappointing ! Don’t expect a bill either you’d be dead by the time they brought it ! Rather than sit there for 35 years I paid at the counter. You get fed rubbish on the tv in the room about service etc … sort it out this isn’t good enough. I almost ate the large person next to me waiting to be served. "

"The guest room is small and has no necessary amenities. The front desk is lack of staffing (possibly because of a Sunday). The parking was convenient and breakfast was quite good, which prevented me from giving a 3-star overall rating. The location is good and provides easy access to almost all attractions. However, the very limited English skills possessed by the staffing offsets the advantage of its location. "
