Staff on reception should know English better

Great and friendly staff, food was great, especially the breakfast. Hotel itself is designed nice and very comfortable. I just didn't like how i could smell the cigarette smoke from the top floor. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

Located in the middle of the Grand Bazar, we had convenient access to all the sites. Hotel staff were friendly. Tuncer even helped me book ferry tickets since I was having issues. Rooms were clean and breakfast was tasty.

I was a little disappointed with the breakfast this time. It seems as though they took away some of my favorite food items. One final thought about breakfast; instead of the soup made with yogurt please try a non-dairy soup such as lentil. It goes well with many foods and more people can enjoy it. The restaurant manager is exceptional. She is always so thorough and careful about making sure that everything is taken care of. It is nice that there are still people of her character working in the hotel business. She always contributes to me having a wonderful experience at this hotel. It is always such a pleasure to see her and speak with her. She is a rare gem these days! I almost forgot to mention that the hair dryer in my room did not work. I was not able to wash my hair.
