The helpful reception staff is their strong suit. My booked room had blinds missing from one window (so no nighttime privacy); but the gent on duty promptly moved me to an upgraded Executive room when I reported the issue. In contrast the night watchman was far from the gate listening with earbuds so I had to buzz then yell then bang to, finally, get his attention. Rooms are spacious and clean, altgough worn and needing upgrades. The continental bkfst was basic but had a French pot of coffee--a rare treat.

These are professional and friendly people.

Fantastic apartment hotel, clean room, great staff, well equipped gym and cleaned pool. Looking forward to another stay.

Slick hotel with stellar staff

Everything was okay when i finally checked in except the awful smell in the elevator and the reception area. I had to wait approximately 30 minutes for the agent to check me in even though i called hours and minutes prior to my arrival. No restroom in the lobby while you wait. Wifi was a unstable; I wouldn't rely on it if for any important.
