The owner Ty was super friendly and was more than helpful with some ideas and recommendations for our fishing trip. We go down to the Marco area a couple times per year to fish and we will definitely rent from Ty again. Great breezes on the upstairs patio where you can listen to the music from Stans while doing your own thing. We saw dolphins, manatees, stingrays, and a bunch of different fish right from the deck and dock. Very clean and well stocked with all the necessities needed to make your stay easy. All four of the restaurants, the fishmarket, and the park were within easy walking distance. We got some fresh grouper one day from the fish market and grilled it on the gas grill. Ty and Amanda were quick at answering any questions and offering great suggestions and recommendations for things to check out.
