Home was wonderfully spacious for our family. It was the perfect place to be to visit with extended family nearby.

The cleaning wasn't as good as I would expect. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and safe.

Good Location but Cleanliness needs lots of Attention
I had trouble gaining access and contacted owner. He responded quickly and got us in. The location was near family we were visiting nearby. It was also not far from Activities. The neighborhood was nice family residential area with sidewalks where we could walk our dog. The neighborhood even had doggie cleanup bag stations to cleanup after pets. The negative of the rental is that it was dirty. We found old moldy bread and food in a box in the entry closet, tons of old moldy bread in 3 kitchen cabinets and water bottles and plastic bag stuffed in the ice in the freezer. The walls in the rental were dirty and stained. They all need a good repaint with cleanable paint. Especially the back splash behind the stove which had a lot of splashed oil stains. The outside of the dishwasher was stained and dirty. And the main bedroom shower was gross with mold and dirt on the bottom of door and frame. There werent enough towels or supplies to accomodate 8 people and the towels and linens need to be updated and upgraded. I did let the owner know about the moldy bread and food and he was going to have the cleaners come back to make it right. I had to decline as our dog is not socialized and leary of strangers. I didnt notify him of the dirty walls and other issues. Hopefully they will remedy these issues for the future and more closely monitor the home and the cleaners after each checkout since we pay a lot to stay and for cleanup we should not feel grossed out
It was the perfect spot to stay while in town for a week. The house is nice and beds were comfortable. The kitchen is spacious. We spent most of our time sitting around the island in the kitchen. The WiFi speeds were good which is important for our crew. Communication with owner was fast and helpful. The only complaint I had which really didn't affect my stay was that there is nowhere to put your clothes in the bedrooms. Overall a great stay. Would stay again.
The house was located in a newer community with walkways. It was close to grocery shopping and the highway. The house was very clean and we had plenty of room for our needs. The only thing I wish it had was a full length mirror, as we were there to attend a wedding. The owner was extremely prompt with his communications. We enjoyed our weekend immensely and would reserve the property again when visiting family.
We were drawn to the property because the advertisement mentioned it had 2.5 bathrooms, which was important for our family since we were traveling together. However, upon arrival, we found only two bathrooms. I reached out to the host for clarification but unfortunately didn’t receive a response. It seemed there may have been a mix-up regarding our reservation.Additionally, we noticed some basic amenities were lacking, such as adequate toilet paper, hand towels, dish soap, and even coffee. While these may seem like minor items, they can greatly enhance the overall guest experience. On a positive note, we did appreciate the good Wi-Fi and the peacefulness of the neighborhood, which contributed to a pleasant stay. However, if I had been aware of the bathroom situation beforehand, I might have chosen a different property that better suited our needs. I suggest updating the listing to reflect the accurate number of bathrooms to avoid any confusion for future guests. Thank you for considering our feedback!

Not as advertised
Not one bed in the place was a queen. Do not be fooled they all are full sized beds. Was not very clean, floors had a layer of grin on them. Every time we cleaned up a spill of our toddler with a wet paper towel black came up from the floor. There were not curtains/blinds in the back door leading to the yard. The kitchen had very little cooking items that weren’t almost completely ruined. The property stats it sleeps 8 but has only 4 forks in the house. Random black marks all over the walls from previous guests.I can say a positive the property owner was very quick to respond during our stay.

Description not exactly accurate
The owner was very nice and helped us with our issues. He also granted us a late check out as we had an early morning soccer game on our final day.The property was advertised as sleeping eight and with 4 queen beds. None of the beds were queen size. On the listing, one of the bedrooms is pictured twice which leads you to believe there are two bedrooms with two large beds. The sleeper sofa did not have sheets. There were only exactly 6 towels and there were only four forks. We had six people in our party. The bathrooms shown on the listing included a half bath. There was no half bath. The listing indicated hair dryer, shampoo and soap which was also not available other than dish soap and hand soap at the sinks. There were no dish towels, napkins, or paper towel towels. We had difficulty locking the front door and had to have it reset multiple times by the owner.
Very nice, new house in the northern suburbs of Greensboro, NC. The house is setup well for families and/or friends. We had both while we attended a wedding in Greensboro.
Two points: 1) The house is great for a family. We found that cooking and kitchen equipment left something (a lot?) to be desired. We purchased measuring cups and spoons along with dish towels, etc. and left them for the next person. There was not really sufficient equipment for family cooking. I guess "essentials" are a matter of opinion. For coffee drinkers, there is a Kruig, but nothing to boil water in for tea or oatmeal, no toaster for poptarts and such. A bit of creativity is necessary (or plan it as a camping trip). No hand towels either. We bought a few towels at a local WalMart and left them there.
2) The listing says the beds are queen size. They are not. They are standard 54" double beds. Yes, I measured them.
Some other thoughts: There were a number of light bulbs out, but no step ladder to use for replacing them. We didn't have time to request the host to send a maintenance crew.
You really should have a real fire extinguisher, not the spray can style. Not a good place to cut costs.
The Dryer was a disaster. I spent 2 hours scraping melted plastic goo off of the drum. While the washer was new, the dryer looked like a salvage job.
If we had known the beds were not queen sized, we probably would have passed.
