Great location on top main train station and quiet. To get to hotel, follow the sign “hotel”. The entrance is right outside station, take mechanical stairs up. Rooms are small but very clean. Great buffet breakfast, many choices and healthy.

Good place to stay

Very nice hotel. I would recommend it to anybody, with one caveat – if you’re traveling and staying in hotel during the hot summertime don’t count on air-conditioning – there is none. I have to admit that the breakfast there is outstanding. Otherwise -would stay there again.

Loved everything about this property. Conveniently located at the central station. Literally drop down to grab a bite or pick up a snack. The staff was so courteous and helpful. The front desk guy got me a table fan because I was feeling a bit warm in my room. The breakfast buffet is simply awesome. Their chia pudding is the best. A short walk to the mall for shopping, restaurants and the beautiful garden nearby. It is also amazing how soundproof the rooms are. I highly recommend staying here.

Very convenient location related to train travel. Appreciated being able to store luggage at the hotel before the room was ready. Could have used indication on the train station "You are here" location maps for finding the hotel entrance; we only saw the hotel banners up under the station ceiling on the day we checked out. Next time we'll know. The reception staff and dining room staff were all very pleasant and accommodating.

Can't say enough about this hotel!

First off, the staff was so welcoming and helpful!! The hotel is located in the train station, perfect in case of rain. The station is full of restaurants and shops for anything you may have forgotten. Across the street is Nordstan mall, also full of restaurants, a grocery store and shopping. Its a 12 min easy walk to tourist attractions/center of the city. The hotel has a fabluous breakfast buffet every morning included. Meats, cheeses, bread, swedish pancakes, fruit/vegtables, so many more choices! Our room was extremely quiet! We heard one noise in a week. We had a fridge, electric kettle with complimentary tea and coffee. The room was a good size, modern bathroom, large TV (never turned on) A very relaxing room as well as an inviting sitting area in the lobby.

Outstanding hotel with exceptional staff

From the minute of arrival through the beautiful foyer, we were greeted with a very warm Swedish welcome. We were booked in with great courtesy and advised of hotel facilities. Our room was spotlessly clean, our beds luxuriously comfortable and so quiet, we never heard even the slightest outside noise. Breakfast was beyond belief, a choice for every taste with the best kitchen staff you could hope for. We have travelled the globe over the past 40 years and we can honestly say that the hotel was utterly faultless with the best staff you could possibly want. We almost want to keep this hotel a secret, so that we can enjoy it to ourselves! We can't wait to be back, thank you so much to the staff for making this such a special 3 night trip. OUTSTANDING!
