The negatives are: pile of trash next to front steps of property (for 5 days or maybe longer since I checked out), no room cleaning/trash removal for duration of stay (particularly challenging for longer stays), thin walls/noisy (both internal and external, especially with people coming and going all day/night for various activities and if you have a front facing room), no staff on sight. Overall, the price was right, but the trash/noise/lack of cleaning made for a less positive experience.
