The waters are home to a number of creatures, such as sea turtles, lobster, barracuda and stingray. At certain times of the year, you can also spot whales and dolphins. Pregnant reef sharks also visit the shallow waters in the summer, giving you the opportunity to observe these creatures underwater from a safe distance.

Grace Bay is situated on the north coast of Providenciales. Rent a car or take a cab from Providenciales International Airport, which is a 15-minute drive from the beach. Sights including Parrot Cay, Pine Cay and Mangrove Cay are all nearby. Many resorts provide free snorkel equipment to guests. You can also rent equipment from a number of tour operators in the area.
