The 85 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Facilities also include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV.

This holiday flat offers a private outdoor area with garden, open and covered terrace. A sauna is also available and can be used on request.

The apartment is situated 10 km from a national park, 15 km from the Czech and Austrian borders, and 40 km from Passau. There is a ski slope 1.5 km away, and shopping facilities, restaurants, numerous hiking and biking trails, and public transport links are close to the property.
