This beautiful apartment offers 100 m² of living space, including a 30 m² terrace directly on the surf and kite beach of El Médano. You will find two spacious bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, a bathroom, closet and guest toilet, as well as a spacious living room with a fully equipped open kitchen and dining area. The wind-protected terrace offers magnificent sea views, sun loungers and an outdoor dining area. The property provides free fiber optic Wi-Fi and is located in a very quiet area, ideal for remote work. Behind the apartment, there is a private storage room for sports equipment such as kites, sails, surfboards and bicycles. Assembled sails can be stored in the storage room. Ein toller Sommerurlaub an der Playa El Medano

Pros: Die Wohnung liegt in einer geschlossenen Anlage am Surferstrand von El Medano. Bis zum Strand sind es keine 20 Meter. Der Strand wird durch Rettungsschwimmer beobachtet. Die Wohnung ist einfach ausgestattet, hat aber alles was benötigt wird. Toll ist auch die rund 20 qm große Terasse. Der Manager hat immer ein offenes Ohr und ist sofort zu Stelle um zu Unterstützen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Cons: Das Apartment hat insgesamt 4 Betten. Ein Doppelbett im Elternschlafzimmer sowie zwei Hochbetten mit je zwei Schlafmöglichkeiten. Der Raum mit den Hochbetten so recht klein.
