Holiday Apartment 'Casa Médano 5 By Médano Rentals' with Sea View, Private Terrace

Beach feeling in the front row directly on El Médano’s surf beach! From bed to board is 100% true here. This very beautiful apartment offers 100 m² of living space, including a 30 m² terrace directly on the surf and kite beach of El Médano, completely renovated in 2023 and tastefully furnished. You have two spacious bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, a bathroom with shower, built-in wardrobe and toilet, plus a separate guest toilet. The large living room features a modern, fully equipped open kitchen and a dining area. The terrace, about 30 m² and wind-protected, offers magnificent sea views, sun loungers, and an outdoor dining area. The accommodation also provides free fiber optic WiFi and a 60-inch flat-screen TV. A workstation with a 22-inch monitor and docking station allows you to work remotely in comfort. Additionally, right behind the apartment, there is a private storage room of about 25 m² for sports equipment such as kites, sails, surfboards, or bicycles. Rigged sails can be stored in the storage room. The private parking space in the underground garage is accessible directly from the apartment. Bed linen, towels, beach towels, washing machine, hairdryer, and ironing set are included.

Modern apartment with great service

Pros: The newly renovated apartment was perfect and you really feel the difference compared to the older ones Ie dishwasher, large tv etc Cons: Ended too early ;-) Enjoyed every piece of it

Lovely apartment in perfect beach location.

Pros: Our host Patricia was absolutely brilliant. Always responding to messages quickly. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is well equipped. We loved the location right by the beach and you could watch the water sports from the room. We loved the outside area and had all our meals there as it was sheltered if it was windy. We also loved the parking right by the apartment door which made shopping trips easy. The beds were very comfortable. Cons: We cannot fault anything at all.
