Loved the whole experience - great atmosphere, friendly helpful staff and great games room

Friendly greeting at check-I Nice sized clean room

This fully renovated Victorian hotel is a rare gem. The stained glass and intricately cut mouldings are gorgeous. The dining room is outstanding. I could imagine eating in there in the 1800's. The garden area in front was also lovely. We ate in the restaurant there, and the food and service was excellent. I felt like a queen at this place. The only thing I would change would be the nude artwork above our bed. Be sure to take time for some tea and scones.

Was only here for a night, but the location was good and it had every we needed for that time. They had DVD's in the lobby I assume you could borrow, but no DVD players in the rooms. I don't know if we could have borrowed a DVD player as well if we had asked, but that was a cool little bonus I wasn't expecting before checking in.

We only stayed two days while exploring the Blue Mountains but the Chalet was just as exciting to explore with wall to wall art and charm, even the colorful Rainbow Lorikeet outside entertained us while having breakfast.

I felt very welcome all the time , loved the sense of peace and order , had a great stay in the suite downstairs and thoroughly recommend this hotel .

Really nice rooms. Perfectly clean

Stay was good and the dinner was fantastic like home cooked meal. Do not miss their dinner.

Great place to stay if you are visiting Blue Mountains. With car hire we were able to get to activities early before the hoards on buses came in from Sydney. This hotel may not look like much from the outside but rooms are wonderful inside with solid wood everywhere and very well maintained. We especially liked walking short distance into the town to try out various small town dining and entertainment. The couple that owns and rents this take care of everything and care about the place. Place is immaculately maintained. The suite was large, comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the stay immensely.

Really friendly and helpful couple, Lew and Catherine, own a gorgeous manor with incredible views of the blue mountains! They served a fabulous breakfast. Two cozy nights; would gladly stay again! :-)

If you plan on going to the blue Mountains for hiking, Coumba and this hotel are an excellent place to stay. I enjoyed my days there and the staff were very helpful. You can do laundry on the property for coins. It is a nice sizable apartment for this solo traveler.

Great place and very convenient for the Park walks. You did need a car in order to go anywhere else. Also had to washer dryer and was very clean.

All was great !! Especially April on the front desk

Beautiful location and view. Staff was amazing!

The historic structures and interiors added much to the value of our stay. Our room was also very well appointed
