Fun location
I enjoyed my stay . Everything worked well and the house was clean and comfortable. The house is located in a very neat old and for most part nice area . I would stay here again.

Best VRBO we’ve had
I’ve become weary staying at VRBOs based on our own experiences; however, this little charmer was just perfect. It was SO CLEAN! All drains and appliances worked well and I had the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. It is bigger than than I thought it would be - a first time pleasant surprise for me! The location is ideal and so close to all the places you will want to check out. Checkout requests were a breeze and we were on our way without spending more than 5 minutes doing what they had asked. I will definitely be recommending this place and hope to stay here again. Thank you for a great experience!

Cozy and comfortable get away
This is a fabulous location for a stay in Grand Junction and vicinity. Very private and quiet 2 bedroom apartment that is close to the University and downtown. Also close to orchards and wineries. We had a very nice time and can highly recommend it.

Location, Location, Location
Our stay at the Little Purple Penthouse was exactly what we needed. We were in town to help our daughter move into the dorms a CMU and the location was perfect. The property was clean, quiet and easy to find. We will definitely stay again in the future!!

Great little apartment space
This small apartment was over a garage and was perfect for myself and two teens who were out all day for a CMU camp. It was cool and quiet and super close the the university. The kitchen had the basics for cooking in. Thanks so much!

Perfect proximity to Stocker Stadium
We were in town for a high school track meet, and the stadium was right across the street. We also had a nice walk into town (a little over a mile) for dinner as well as being super close to Lunch Loops trails for a bike ride the next morning. We’d definitely stay here again.
