The property is nice and the rooftop bar is awesome. The reasons for the 3-star rating were as follows: 1) The thermostat in the room didn't work until (at 2:15 am) I turned it off and back on again. I had set the thermostat to 68 degrees on the 'cool' setting when we went to bed as it was 73 degrees in the room. I woke up drenched in sweat as it had gone up to 76 degrees. Once I turned it off and back on again, it started to cool down. 2) the valet process is not user friendly. You have to download an app to 'call' to get your car. 3) (this was an anomaly) - the rooftop bar was closed until 6:00 pm for a private party.

Breakfast was really good! I do feel as if paying for parking separately isn’t really common or handy. It should come with the pay for our stay, as well I wish the bathroom was cleaned a lot better but outside of that, the hotel was a pretty nice stay!

"I received an email telling me to use a kiosk to check in if I arrived after hours. The kiosk hasn’t worked since March 31st. The sign said to use the phone- which didn’t work. Got to my room/ no towels. Turns out they were in the bathroom floor because the room had not been cleaned."
