Grand Place Tours

The room was clean and modern, comfortable bed and bedding. The main door to the building needed some repair. It was strange to check-in at one location then go to several buildings over to get to our room. The hotel was very accomodating, the lobby held our bags before and afterwards when arriving and departure times were early and delayed, respectively. The room had a clothes iron and ironing board which was appreciated. Travelling makes clothes wrinkled, so an iron was useful and this was the only hotel which had one in the room. The breakfast was very good. The location was great, so close, within walking distance to key historic sites, the canal, restaurants and cafes. Only suggestion: It would have been nice to have an actual coffee machine and not just hot water and instant coffee in the room.

Rooms clean. Excellent staff. Great breakfast. However minimal tea and coffee in the rooms with only paper cups supplied. Also power points for the kettle not conveniently situated. These were the only minus points in an otherwise great stay.
