The floors are made of natural stone throughout the property.

The house comes equipped with air conditioning (at an extra cost), a washing machine, a dishwasher, allowing pets (maximum one dog), satellite TV, heating (available from October 1st to April 30th at an extra cost), a microwave, a television, and can accommodate up to four guests.
