Great location. Very clean and most pleased to be upgraded.

My room was good in the main building but one of the rooms in an outer building in my booking was not good. The wardrobe was disgusting and the hanging space was unusable. I do think that the rooms in the annexes should be cheaper than those in the main building. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the bathrooms and kitchenettes which had all been renovated were excellent.

This was a great house to stay in, excellent facilities with lots of shops in very close proximity. 3 bedrooms was just the right size for us, plenty of space, warm and cozy - highly recommend this place

It was nice. The dryer was broken and we wanted to do a load of laundry before heading to New Zealand!

This is an immaculate apartment conveniently located in the heart of Hobart. Pauline was available to chat prior to my stay to discuss a late cheek-in. Everything was meticulously clean on arrival, and all the documentation Pauline supplied prior to our trip made my late-night arrival and self-check-in a breeze. Even the information about the parking was thorough. The day I drove my wife to the airport, we needed to jerry-rig a cold bag to keep some cheese cold while we went about our day—and were able to use a supplied plastic container, cold pack and tea towel in a bag to sort it out. These sorts of provisions are not a given at typical apartments, some of which rarely provide more than two cups in a threadbare kitchen setup. Pauline has done a marvelous job of thoughtfully appointing the apartment, particularly the kitchen, with sensible inclusions that make it easy to accommodate whatever you might need while away from home. Thanks so much, Pauline. Definitely glad we chose your apartment over the RACV hotel, which was a similar price for a single shared room, no kitchen, and parking at an extra fee. We loved our stay and will happily rebook next time we are in Hobart.
