Popular cities in Gravesham District

Ancient woodland that was once part of the much larger Cobham Woods, calved up by the construction of the Channel Tunnel Rail Link. Ashenbank is now owned by the Woodland Trust and is perfect for an hour or so ramble with the dog. Beware the free roaming cows. Our favourite time to visit is in the evening when the light is perfect. There are a number of fallen trees blocking some of the paths with steps carved into them, so prams are a no go. Huge number of old chestnut and hornbeam trees present.
