“The free parking (which was excellent) was confusing. In order to obtain a parking dongle, you had to check in but there was no where to park when you were trying to check in. Also, if you didn't return the parking dongle, you were charged $20 but you can't exit the parking garage without the dongle. Therefore, you have to exit the garage and find somewhere to park so you can return the dongle and finish checking out. They need to come up with a better method of enabling parking access.”

“There was a dirty washcloth hanging from the shower that I found when I pulled the curtain for my first shower. There were also bugs in the bathroom. I called ahead and asked for extra caffeinated coffee in my room to make coffee and when I arrived they gave me 4 packets of DEcaffeinated coffee and told me they didn't have any coffee with caffeine. The ice bucket in my room had a big crack along the bottom, so it leaked all over everything and damaged my phone. This place should NOT be……

“The staff members were friendly and helpful. The hotel appeared clean but the staff uses really strong smelling cleaning supplies as if they are hiding odors. There were odd smells in the hallways and in our room at times. The carpet in our room was torn and dirty. The breakfast was not very good. The hotel was okay. We travel a lot and would probably choose another hotel next time we visit the area.”

“Entrance door to room had to be slammed to close. Bathroom door wouldn't close. It looked like there was a gun fight in the room with so many holes patched and not painted over. Air conditioner was so loud you couldn't sleep anyway. Got there at 8 pm and left by 3 am cuz I just couldn't sleep.”

“The rooms at the Rocky gap Casino are big which are nice. And the bathrooms are large and nice, the toilets are low, however. The general cleanliness of the room was just mediocre, it could use a dusting and a good vacuuming. Great to have the casino on property. The view the outside and the outdoor accommodations are beautiful.”
