Not impressed. It took us four times to get a room that had a spot to hang our clothes. We finally settled for room 102. Unfortunately, this room seemed to be under construction. The shower had been redone, but the door frame and the toilet paper holder were rusty and had paint peeling off of them, All of the furniture was truly beaten up. There were holes in the walls, the curtains were dirty and ripped, the TV needed to be adjusted Every time you turned it on, the cable box was just hanging underneath the television, the base molding was coming away from the wall and several places, there were empty spider egg sacks on the outer curtains, the hole in the wall where the cable TV cable came out of was literally a hole. There were cobwebs everywhere. The room is a hole was just dirty and dingy. The carpeting in the hallway of the hotel had been laid over top of uneven cement, which caused you to roll your ankles as you walked over it. It just seemed like the whole hotel was in the middle of construction. The elevator didn’t even work. The saving grace was the breakfast. It was a very nice selection and the items that were there tasted nice.

Room wasn't ready when we arrived. Toilet didn't work. Coffee packets hadn't been used in a while and had dust on them . Facility is old and needs updating, but we survived and we slept well.

It was very quiet, friendly staff and location was good. Our room didn’t have toiletries, coffee cups, someone’s hair was still in the shower and the a/c was making a noise so my husband pulled the filters out and they were Disgusting!!!! I cleaned them and we had better air flow and it was cooler. We stayed 2 nights and the maid never brought us clean towels or emptied our trash!!

I gave this hotel a 3. We chose this hotel because of the location. It suited us well. We were welcomed by a wall of cigarette smoke in the hallways of this non-smoking establishment. The pros - Dealing with the staff was a great experience - no snags and very friendly. The cons - the room was dirty. Things were not cleaned in what seemed like a long time. The list: - ceiling had dustbunnies hanging from the stucco - old dirt under chairs including other garbage - light switches had grime on them - headboards had other peoples' head grease on them - phone book was from 2012 - no refills on the in-room coffee packets - squeeze shampoo and conditioner was empty - the complimentary pad of paper was clearly water damaged - inside of drawers was sticky - after one night the room was attended (not made) fresh towels, and garbage cans emptied, but beds were not made, just covers thrown over top. - bobby pins holding the hole-filled blinds closed I could go on. I realize the Quality Inn brand is a lower star hotel. I expect that. But the other Quality Inns I've stayed at in both the U.S. and Canada had a standard of cleanliness that this hotel simply doesn't. It was so gross that we left a day ahead of time. I will not recommend this hotel.

Poor

It was not any ways close to other locations I’ve stayed in. As soon as you walked into the lobby there was a bad odor. I went to check the room and it had a stale smell and bed was not good. I told the manager we will not be staying and she canceled our reservation.
