"This was the first time i used VRBO. Typically, when we travel we stay in a hotel, which can be pricey for a family of five. I didn't know what to expect, but when i tell u i am never going back to hotel stays ever!....I mean it. The house was clean all the way throughout, the check in was simple and Renee and Jeremy the property owners have their stuff together. Would def rent from them again."

"I have stayed at Karen's properties many times in my frequent travels to Greensboro, and anticipate many more times to come in the future. The apartment was spotless, very well equipped, had a lovely snack & coffee station, and was perfectly welcoming. I keep coming back to this as the perfect location, easy access to everything downtown but quieter than other spots I have tried. Karen is consistently a friendly and responsive host; one of the best I've encountered. I highly recommend booking this apartment!"

"Owner changed my reservation days and cost and refuses to issue refund although we did not stay there. We traveled from Texas and booked Sunday until Friday and he messaged telling us place would not be ready on the same day as booking. Even though I obliged to try and make it work he sends me an invoice for higher amount than what was even reserved. As of now I have not received any indication of getting a refund. Please stay clear of this place and its owners "
